INTRO
Well, almost everyone has one and more are getting them everyday. What am I on about? Instant messengers and chat programs, that's what!
Wherever you go on the net you're sure to find a webmaster with his\her ICQ # or other chatname on their site. You can't go to Yahoo without seeing an ad for its messenger. Microsoft has tried its hand in this area aswell. It's got a feature also seen in yahoos messenger - check your email. Actually most of these programs can do alot more than just let you chat. Of course you have look past the novelty features to the ones which are actually useable.
I wonder how these programs know when you're online. These all do this and more.
Ok....that's enough of my pityfull attempt at an 'intro' to this supposed 'feature'. Just read the reviews and make a choice for whichever program suits you best. Then of course you could just ask your friends which one they use but then what would be the point of looking at this page!
